App is good/ great. Email integration is horrible

Trying to get the app to receive emails (i.e. Email in a task) is horrible. Complicated and very buggy. Was so disappointed, I am tempted to ask for a refund of my $5 on principal alone.

Support was fast but only directed me to the FAQ.
