2Do - Todo List, Tasks & Notes App Reviews

Ive used Errands To-Do List for ages to organize my household tasks, but it never updated and I had problems with syncing. I checked out this App and am very pleased. The only suggestion that would make it perfect for me is if you extend your custom recurring dates to include i.e. The 4th Monday every 3 months. Great job! I look forward to updates.

Fantastic app. I use it all the time. It has really helped me compartmentalize my tasks. I recommend it highly and without reservation.

I couldnt operate anymore without 2do. I started off using the default Reminders app which functioned decently until I tried to branch out and find a better alternative. I them stumbled upon 2do. Once I caught on to how the software worked (because theres a decently steep learning curve) I was hooked. I was able to use 2dos unique features to develop new organizational techniques which have helped me immensely to keep my life on track. Ive recommended this app to a lot of my friends and have also started using the OS X application which is as just as good as the iOS counterpart. 2do supports all of the great new iOS features like multitasking and 3D Touch which is also a big reason why Ive loved using it so much.

I tried for years to get with the Omnifocus program. I just could not do it. This is much simpler, and I feel like I am much more in control.

Im all in on 2do. I use it to manage professional and personal projects. Its been on my home screen for months and I removed Omnifocus from my Mac and iOS devices.

This app has almost everything you want in a to do app. UI is a little difficult to use though. I wish they have natural language input for task and calendar event. Then itd be perfect.

Update: Still use this app daily. Very quick and easy to use. Recommend it highly. Original review: Really well done with a lot of very useful features. Much better than something like Omnifocus (which I have invested a lot of money in and have never really enjoyed using no matter how hard I have tried.) This app lets you customize your views, save custom searches, search a range of dates, and a lot more. Works very well and I highly recommend it. I also have the Mac app and together it makes a terrific system. Great.

Great app, does everything you could want in a task manager

Much easier to use than OF. Not quite as many features but Id rather have ease-of-use.

I love this app for any and everything that needs to get done and the new features are awesome PLEASE LET US REPEAT ALERTS LIKE A NAG UNTIL YOU GET DONE TYPE THING. I would really like to be reminded every 5 mins? Every hour anyhow Keep the great work MUCH LOVE !

Absolutely the best made, most well designed app for getting your life organized out of all of the ones Ive tried. I was using Things for a long time but never really got anything done; it didnt make me want to use it. After trying 2Do out, I deleted everything else I had and use this on my phone and iPad. It really is a great app and I appreciate the people who took the time to make such a well designed and useful program.

Add my voice to the chorus switching from OmniFocus to 2Do. I was reading the 2015 version of GTD and I was reminded that David Allen encourages you to find a system that works for you. At the end of the day, Omnifocus was not EASILY customizable. And 2Do is. Perhaps is is just the pleasure of a new experience, but 2Do has me engaging my task management tool, rather than avoiding it.

This is the best todo app I have ever used hands down. They fix all their bugs and are constantly looking for ways to make the app more powerful and friendly. It has one of the best, most functional apps for Apple Watch I have ever used and the user interface on both the watch and the phone and iPad is just gorgeous.

I use 2do all day, every day. The improvements in V.3 take what was an incredible app and make it an insane app. The Actions tools are much improved. The UI is so much more modern. The workflow is so intuitive. The only caveat I’ll share is that all of the various options and possibilities take some uncovering. I participated in the Beta for 3.0, and I would often say, “I wish it could do this or that.” And, invariably, the response was, “It can! Here’s how!” So take some time getting to know this. There’s so much under its hood!

Easy way to organize projects and the tasks related to them. Takes some getting used to put it is much more powerful than the built in reminders app and worth the learning curve.

This app is beautiful and the amount of customization is astounding, which separates it above Things and other similar apps. The Devs are also very responsive and continue pushing large updates for free! However, the lack of natural language parsing is frustrating for quickly adding tasks. With most other GTD apps, this is a default and would make this a 5 star app if it had it!

This is legit the best app Ive ever used for organisation once you get used to it. But there are a few things I would like to see. 1) drawing. Somehow there needs to be a way to doodle sown thing as notes. 2) quick notes. Like a way to pull up from the bottom and write down quick on the spot notes Thats it. Thats the only two things Id want.
