2Do - Todo List, Tasks & Notes App Reviews

Same details as my iPad app review - only amplified since its on a smaller screen.

Ill keep it simple. Great app for organizing your daily activities. Customizable which is always good. Does what I need it to do and functions well. Learning curve is vast however. They have a YouTube channel with some videos that show you how to use the app. I recommend watching them. Trying to "wing it" youll have a difficult time. The videos are short and show you exactly what you need to do for certain functions. Then once you get to using the app its fairly easy. There is a link in the app settings that will bring you there. App look itself in my opinion is bland and not aesthetically pleasing as it used to be in past versions. Perhaps one day the developers will do something about that. However, its been around for a long time and has evolved in a positive direction over the years. It all depends on what youre looking for in an app like this. Good luck.

I love the flexibility of this app; it allows me to change how I approach my to do list to what suits me for that day/time or project.

Tons of features for mapping out schedules and tasks all in a simple and accessible interface.

Would like more flexibility in the widget ; to be able to fine tune what it shows. Aside from that the app is well done

Love it with two caveats: - Cant change 3D Touch default shortcuts - Cant edit recurrence for multiple tasks at once Still incredible but would love to see these two things!

All this app needs is the ability to import from other places and to choose which calendars you want to sync

Ive been using Nozbe for almost two years. I struggled because the interface wasnt user intuitive - so I tried out 2Do. Everything seemed brilliant, felt easy and I could jump in quickly. Unfortunately, I cannot get it synced correctly between devices. I started with my iPad, and regardless of what instructions I try my iPhone app remains blank. Its a bummer because I usually use my phone as my inbox and my iPad as my agenda, or file system. Could be user error, but I wouldnt know. I reached out for support over two business days ago.

2Do truly has changed the way that I organize my life and tasks that I need to get done. I cant recommend it enough.

I have used the 2Do app almost from inception. Prior to 2Do I had tried many task manager apps. Initially utilized app simply to organize upcoming task. As I discovered the detail functionality of the program I have expanded use to meet the needs of my company and coworkers. The app can be used in its simplest form or to coordinate the most detailed projects. I believe this flexibility sets this app apart from most of the task managers on the market. For me, initial set up was somewhat tedious - however the end result is an application that we depend on and use on a daily basis. Excellent job!

The setup process is crazy! Creating task with tags is simple but when digging deeper such as setting up smart list is ridiculous! Theres a saying ( Keep it simple S****d ) |

This all has everything youll need and more! Ive loved every second of using it, but it comes at a relatively high price. If youre not a power user and just need a list app, this is probably not for you, but if youre just look for a simple list app, theres some great free ones out there

Like many reviewers here, Ive tried all of the big names in iOS and MacOS task managers. 2Do somehow manages to offer the most powerful and meaningful feature set without being cluttered or overly complicated. This is one of my favorite apps ever, for both iPhone and iPad (and Mac, too, for that matter). If you are serious about task management, this is the one app to get! Notably, the developer is very active in improving the app and keeping up with iOS updates, etc. Dropbox sync works great!

Plz let us change the theme of the app. The bluish gray color is annoying. Other than that, this is a great app.

Since upgrading to iOS 10, I get 20 or 30 nag alerts for the same task every day at noon. Ive turned nag alerts off, but its still happening. Its very irritating, and if it doesnt get fixed soon Ill have to find another task management app.

Update 10-7-2016 Ever since the iOS 10 updates, I am getting multiple (6-10) nags at the same time on my Apple Watch. Please fix ASAP! I have tried many but this one has it all. It is easy to use, has all the features needed for business/work and the home. The free version is somewhat limited for a heavy daily tasker but the paid app was well wirth the upgrade. Dont waste your time on the others.

This app runs my life. I use it for everything everyday. General Reminders. Scheduled house & garden maintenance. Birthdays. Packing lists for different types of trips. Dream trip ideas. Books/movies to see. Restaurants and stores I might go to. Everything. It is flexible for all types of activities. The only thing I found it isnt as good for is my super detailed grocery list but I put my quick list here.

Great app, does everything you could want in a task manager

Best task (to-do) app hands down. Easy to learn and customize. Used OmniFocus for years before 2Do. 2Do had a substantially more efficient task entry process and effective task presentation model within first hour of use than OmniFocus ever had.
