2Do - Todo List, Tasks & Notes App Reviews

Update: 8/19/2016 Still awesome, still worth every penny. Ive just realized that I tend to use this more for journaling and blue-sky thinking than a task management tool; a mental tangent management tool —i call it my "Dreamcatcher" ------------------------------- After 5 years, between several other relevant apps, this made it to the top of my list of most useful, life-changing apps.

I thought it was cute that you asked for a review in a nice way where it does not bother you. Great job, others have a lot to learn from you. When app developers ask for a review in a bothersome way, I leave bad reviews even if I like the app. But in all seriousness, I like the app.

Best, to date. I wish it had voice scheduling. I cant seem to easily reorder the task type importance.

Thank you and keep up the great work. • Update: Please consider adding subscription based in app purchase. I would love to pay for monthly or yearly subscription fee to have development of this wonderful app to continue. Look at overcast podcast app. They have subscription model which works even though the app is so-so and dont add much value compared to 2do app which is original application. • Please consider adding dark mode or night mode :)

Ive used many to do list apps and this one is the best Ive tried so far. The interface is beautiful and intuitive also you can add many things that you cant on similar apps like photos and voice clips. The only complaint i have with this app is that when you try to create a list with an address attached to it the majority of the time when you type a place or address nothing shows up therefore not allowing you to create your list with addresses. I would like to see this fixed in a future update otherwise perfect app

This app is my primary to do manager, and I couldnt live without it, but it no longer works on an iPad 3 with iOS 9.3.5. Five stars if it works again...

I just recently downloaded this app a few days ago but can already see that it is going to meet my needs very well. I adopted the GTD (getting things done) methodology over 1 year ago and have been using Evernote to manage my tasks. While I have made it work, it was still a "clunky" application and I was getting frustrated. When I saw 2Do and read the reviews, I knew I had to try it. I downloaded the trial and within 2 hrs I knew it was what I have been looking for so I bought it and added the email option. I am very excited about the time this app is going to save me and help me to better organize my busy life between work, home and church responsibilities. Thanks 2Do and I look forward to future improvements! Update: I have been using this app for a couple of months and absolutely love it. I would have been willing to pay much more for the value that I get.

Honestly, without 2Do I wouldnt be the valedictorian who also had sleep during high school!

Great design. Allows you to organize tasks the way you want to. Love the gadget on notification center, allows you to be mindful of your tasks without opening the app.

Ive been using 2DO for about a year now, and I dont think Ive ever used a more powerful and useful app.

"Honestly speaking I have tried out a lot of TO-DO apps. But this is the very "Best". No other To-Do app is as good as this awesome app. You must have it. I highly appreciate the effort and devotion of the developers. Great Job :)

Excellent productivity app, highly customizable with a clean UI, definitely a must have if you want to have or need to have your life in order, worth every penny in all platforms

Love this app. Its great for customizing the scale of your to do list needs. I use it for home and work. One suggestion ... The app already allows you to schedule the due dates of tasks. It also allows you to input how long each task may take to complete. These two features should work together to create a new feature - to see how much time youre devoting to tasks in a given day or week. So if I schedule 4 tasks for this week and they each take 30 minutes to complete, Id love to have a feature/filter that shows I have scheduled 2 hours of tasks from my to do list for the week. (Because my schedule changes so much every week, this would help me see if I have scheduled too much to get done this week.) In addition, it would be awesome if checklists and projects could show how much time it will take to complete the overall project or whole checklist by adding up the times of the individual tasks within.

Hi, Ive been using this app for over 6 months and it is awesome, the ability to flag emails and have them appear in the 2do app is my favourite feature, no more trying to create many sub folders to organise, now all of me follow ups are marked in this app.

Only thing missing is easy creation of tasks from Mail messages for Office 365 accounts. If it had that it would be perfect.

Absolutely love this app. Only complaint is that the app wont update until you open it. If I complete a task on another device, that task is still undone on other devices. Still, its killer. 5 stars.

I never write reviews but I just have too for this one. I have been using this app for a few years ever since it was first introduced way back when (circa 2010 iPhone 4), and I have never found a replacement product that can even come close to the many vast and deep features that this app offers. There is truly nothing better and Id just like to thank the developers for making such a wonderful product. This app helps me actually get things done and offers the flexibility to customize and manage tasks and larger projects in my own way that helps me be truly productive. If this app ever went away, Id be lost... Buy this app and you will never look back. Thanks for making such a ridiculously GREAT product!

Ive tried several task managers, including some big names, and this app comes out on top for me. I use this app daily and appreciate all it does for me. I find the UI to be lacking, so have docked the app one star. Task entry is a bit fiddly when it comes to add extra bits to a task. Id like to see that streamlined. The overall look isnt all that appealing to me, but I realize thats a personal taste. Overall, this will help you get the job done.
