2Do - Todo List, Tasks & Notes App Reviews

This is one of my essentials!

I have tried every app possible to have more options than my Reminders app. 2Do is definitely my favourite one! It is user friendly, has more features than you would ever need. The thing is, I am using some of those features I thought I would not need. It is nice, because you can set up 2Do to use the most basic features, you can use some or you can use all of them. It is easy to tailer it to your own needs, whether it be for yourself, your entire family, small business or a large business. The instructions within the settings are very informative and there are instructions as you go through the app, which are both simple to understand. The support is great! They update frequently to keep up to the latest version of the devices. This is one of the apps on the top of my list for recommending to family and friends. It is expensive for an app, but it is worth every penny. Thank you 2Do for a wonderful app! You will not be sorry you bought 2Do!

Essential tool for busy people!

Incredibly useful and so well designed. The new widget is just one beautiful example of how carefully these developers think about how to keep things simple and nice looking, but customizable to allow users to manage complex projects and sub-tasks in the ways that work best for them. It syncs well to the desktop app which is also excellent. Regular updates, fast support. I dont know how I got along without it.

Very good!

Wish it could capture more than 3 email accounts though

Daily use

Im a user of Mac and iPhone versions. I use it to plan my daily routines. I love it.

Great app

I use it to organize pretty much everything

Love this app

Helps keep me organized. Easy and intuitive

Slick app but not without problems

2Do is good enough to have converted me from OmniFocus, which I have been using previously. I dont know how it was in previous versions but the current incarnation is slick, well designed, intuitive, and responsive. Whats preventing me from rating it higher is the presence of a few bugs and omissions: The most critical bug actually results in data loss. I created a list called Projects, and created a number of tasks within it. I then decided to create a sublist within Projects and tried moving some of those tasks into the sublist. When I did that, both the sublist and the tasks disappeared; nowhere to be found. This happened to me on two separate occasions. Another bug (minor) is that using Quick Add when one of the Lists is highlighted does not default to my Inbox (default list), contrary to what the description says in the app Settings. The drag and drop feature for tasks is great, but doesnt seem to work for moving tasks into sublists. An opportunity for improvement. And, last but not least, where is iCloud or iCloud Drive support? Currently 2do recommends Dropbox for syncing because their other methods have various caveats and restrictions. But not everyone has or wants to use Dropbox. iCloud and iCloud Drive are part of the iOS and OS X ecosystem and they should be available and recommended before any 3rd party method like Dropbox.

App is good/ great. Email integration is horrible

Trying to get the app to receive emails (i.e. Email in a task) is horrible. Complicated and very buggy. Was so disappointed, I am tempted to ask for a refund of my $5 on principal alone. Support was fast but only directed me to the FAQ.

It is good...

But ui is not too intuitive. Theres no sign that there are navigation drawers hiding on the left and right. Besides that the app is great and I love it

Love it!

Great app, very easy to add/track tasks, syncs fast with my Mac app. Love the design and interface.

The best task management app you can get

If you use GTD principles or just want the most impressive to-do app out there, this is it. Ive tried Toodledo and a host of others but 2Do combines a very rich feature list with superb ease of use. 2Do puts Things to complete shame. What 2Do calls "Lists" are simply the different tabs for separating work tasks from home or school tasks; the tabs are brilliant and you can drag tasks from one tab to another. When you create a task, it can be a to-do, or a project, or a checklist. Projects can have a series of to-dos under the project and each of these can have their own due dates. Checklists are tasks or items without a due date: good for shopping lists! For syncing you can sync over the air to Dropbox, CalDAV or Toodledo. Highly recommended for professionals who have a lot of work to manage. The developer also provides a desktop version for Mac users. The price is worth it. This is an app that makes task management better than any other Ive tried in the App Store.

2do is the best

Ive tried a few to do apps and this one is by far the best. I like that I can sync with my calendar. This is so handy to have all your lists together. Worth the price.

Best to do app out there!

Ive tried many others and this is the best by far. They do add updates and bug fixes and always seem to be improving this app. Keep it up!

Love it

This is simply the best to do app out there. The balance of simplicity with functionality is superb.

Came back to this app mainly because of the Start Date allowing items to be hidden until theyre due

Update: after buying and using 20 or more task manager apps I arrived back at 2Do. First its fantastic that after all this time and multiple upgrades to the app I did not have to pay a cent extra to get the latest version. Basically this is not a simple app but it is very flexible so you can make it your own. Compared to both very high end apps and much simpler apps, 2Do can work for you. Of all the ToDo apps (and Ive purchased and used a lot of them), this one is the most enjoyable to use. Not perfect but the main thing is that the developers listen and are very responsive in posting smaller incremental upgrades and fixes as required. I wish it had "Stars" or some other manual flagging feature and the ability to retain completed items in Toodledo while removing them from 2Do, but over all, it is still a 5 star app comparatively. I use it on the Touch but I think it would be even better on the iPhone because of its integrated contact calling and Push notifications. Just a great UI

Still the best to do app.

Ive been using this app for years. Its constantly being updated/upgraded. The developers truly care about this app. Great integration with macOS. Simply the best to do app out there and has been for years. Well worth it.

Great!

Everything you need but feels light and easy to use

Touchdown

Its good!

Best task manager ever made!

This app can be customized to support ANY productivity methodology. Its so incredibly powerful. I manage my entire job + family life with it.

Great app with everything included

The best app hands down for a fraction of the cost for what it does. What can I say, it has everything plus more. Great app!
